New York is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Its magnificent skyline, which is a little different every year, won’t leave anyone indifferent. I took this picture from Brooklyn Heights Promenade. It offers an excellent view of the skyline. During the day it is hardly possible to set up a tripod there, because the promenade is populated by cyclists. At night it was possible without any problems.
My #1 hotel recommendation for Ney York City
Stay in the original building that once housed the legendary LIFE magazine and you’ll walk the same hallways as famed writers and artists such as Norman Rockwell, Charles Gibson and John Ames Mitchell. The hotel’s 98 guest rooms and suites pay homage to the building’s 1894 heritage with turn of the century-inspired pieces, providing a delightful contrast to the user-friendly technology and refreshing natural bath amenities throughout each room.
