To guarantee you the fastest delivery and at the same time the best possible quality, we cooperate with local printers in many countries. We provide these printers with your address so that the ordered artworks can be delivered directly to you.
Markus Hermannsdorfer Digital Art is compliant with the Packaging Act in Germany. To ensure that our customers’ packaging for the German market is responsibly recycled, Markus Hermannsdorfer Digital Art reports annually to the Verpackungsregister LUCID and we pay an annual packaging fee to the Der Grüne Punkt. This means that our customers don’t need to take any additional actions to be compliant.
Which service provider delivers your package depends on where you live. For example, in Germany we choose DHL, in the Netherlands Post NL – Myparcel. To ensure maximum quality also in delivery it is in any case the largest, fastest and most reliable delivery service in your home country. In suspicious cases, we are required to share customer information with government agencies.
Our webshop runs on WooCommerce software. When you enter personal data in the fields provided and confirm this entry via a button, it is transmitted directly to the best possible print service in your home country. The printer needs your address so that he can send the ordered artwork to your home. WooCommerce has no access to the entered data.
